Bolden Stonebeard, the stone scribe elder, leaned into the firelight. The youthful eyes of numerous trollkin warriors fixated on his old scarred faced. "Grissel Bloodsong and her Irregulars were outnumbered and out matched. She knew every moment they held the enemy back though bought time for the women and younglings to flee the village. She gave a mighty fell call to rally her troops around the crippled war wagon blocking the pass. So many had already died that day. She looked into their weary yet brave faces as they mounted a counter attack. 'Remember why we fight!' She yelled. "We fight for Kith! We fight for Kriel! We fight for Kin!'"

For those unfamiliar with privateer press. The trollkin are a clan society scattered across the world. they have been dying out though besieged on multiple sides by enemies. Recently they have united into a single front. Kith refers to blood realtives/family. Kriel refers to community/village. Kin refers to all persons of troll lineage

This was my entry into the p3 diorama competition where it placed gold and it was also fortunate enough to win best diorama in the online eavier metal competition at the same time.

Most of the pieces are sculpted by Brian Dugas. the diorama stands about 12 inches tall and 9 wide. Also wanted to say thanks to Volomir for the inspiration and motivation his Last stand of the crimson fist brought me.
