This was the third project I completed for the 2016 Warmachine Weekend painting competition. I also added the "Kat Martin Challenge," which meant I had to paint the model within 24 hours AT the convention. The model was selected by the judges, and you could not create a scenic base or even extend much over the lip of the base. I decided to do a heavily tattooed model, but focused on making the tattoos look old and blown out. While I wish I could have spent more time on him, I HAD to do the Kat Martin challenge.
