Hey everyone! Here is my latest miniature, she's a saucy independent woman who don't need no man. I attempted to focus on achieving more convincing textures than my previous works (beaten leather - pants, shiny leather - purple shirt etc....) After taking the Alfonso a.k.a Banshee workshop it led me to try and think more of such things, and I believe I was able to achieve a much greater sense of realism. Let me know if you guys like it or hate it in the comments. Appreciate you all looking!!

One of the most interesting Dark Eldar versions I have seen so far! Keep it going on this level :)

  • John Margiotta "BloodASmedium"

    Quite impressive

Very unique take on the mini, I love all the different colors used, they play very nicely with each other. The mask is especially good.

  • Trent "BigDeno" Denison

Great use of colour and texture, a real visual explosion, and great execution as well.  I had to spend a bit of time looking at the model before I actually saw the whole piece, there is so much going on.  And that would be my only constructive piece of criticism, maybe dial the beautiful colour interplay and techniques down into a few key sections or areas of the model to draw the focus.

    Great piece!

Great advice in regards to focus and thank you for taking the time to write this, Trent.I will try and make my next project a bit less busy my controlling the emphasis.
