This was a piece requested by the DC Hobbit League to use as a prize in the Middle Earth Tournament. Figures converted by Dave Fredericks aka Flame from Shadow and Flame. Painting and basing by myself. Had fun making this piece and think my resin work is definitely improving. Hope you like it.

    the base is definitely awesome.. is there a plastic or glass cylinder around the resin? as I am envious on the clear aspect.. probably the miniature painting might need a bit more precision, but overall it looks nice

      Thanks for the vote and comment.  Yes I used a clear plastic cylinder around the resin.  Its the first time I’ve tried this method and it worked pretty well.  The miniature painting definitely needs more precision.  I am not in the same league as you guys on here but I’m learning.

      Thanks :-D.  I did one of these for my personal collection last year and learnt a lot along the way.  This one came out even better i think so I plan to redo my own at some point soon using what I’ve learnt.  Wish I could get to Nova it looks and sounds like a great event.
