An older project, but still quite important to me.

I used a limited palette as chosen by masking off a small section of the gamut wheel, there are many resources available on the net if anyone is interesting in trying it. I wanted to try it because of James Gurney's book "Color and Light".

This is the second of my two studies. And while I love them both, the yellow and pink dinosaur just worked better, and the contrast is more on the mark. Although you can see I did not enjoy the lady as much as her mount.

BTW I despise yellow and pink, but every now and then I force myself to paint them. Keep in practice or something... My favourite colour is red, and looking back on what I've posted here, it is the least used colour!
