After the collapse of the French army during the 1940 campaign, German army seized large quantities of their equipment. The tanks and other vehicles, among them the H39 Hotchkiss light tank were then used for police and security duties. My vehicle, based on the bronco kit represents a tank operating in Bosnia, late 1942 as part of a armored unit of the 7. SS Prinz Eugen Div. The kit got a scratchbuilt trench slede and some other details to update it to the german version (aerial, notek etc.). The model will eventually end up on a diorama that I'm currently workin on.
