Yesterday Terrible Kids Stuff released their amazing "WinterChild" miniature, based on the Paolo Parente's Dust World, illustrated by Karl Kopinski and Sculpted by Joaquín Palacios.
I had the great pleasure of making a scenic base for it based on Dust's background showing the artic's entrance to a mine where they extract alien's materials to power their weapons. Also, I painted the official BoxArt in a goldish NMM with orange and green reflects.
It was one of my favorite works past year (I completed it around November) and I almost couldn't wait those months for it's release :)
Gold Backers of my Kickstarter also will see the painting work of this face in one of the Video DVDs as a big scale face painting tutorial.

    Really nice work here! I wasn’t a big fan of the model itself first, but now I must say together with your diorama it works so fantastic! I think nothing can be improved here. 10..or..Gold :)
