I designed/created Mr. Igor's character/scene using only Sculpture Block, an extremely light and fragile sculpture material, especially when you try to create something on a small scale. I sculpted the whole character, including the base, using a small saw, knife, some small files and sanding paper. To make the Sculpture Block material a bit stronger, I gave the character a coating from several layers of water diluted Milliput.

The character/scene is painted with acrylics.
