3rd highlander greys rifles miniature from corvus belli, for their miniature wargame infinity.

Painted this a while ago but I have been unable to push my skill along and I wanted to ask for some c&c. What can I do to make my painting better?

    I am not a pro painter by any means, so this is an uninformed comment: the figure is very well painted, especially the tartan. I like the metal reflections on his weapons.
    However, while his face stands out, I think the contrast on his lower body is too low. It’s hard to tell where the ground ends and the boots begin. However, this may also be due to the quality of the photos (not bad, just not that good!)
    Overall, good work though!
