Here is my version of this superb bust from Yury Serebryakov produced by Castle Miniatures.
Cast shadows were painted (right part of the face). The shirt was painted as if it was made of linen with apparent threads.
Acrylic paint as usual. A joy to paint !

    Une peinture absolument somptueuse, tant au niveau du rendu des matières (peau, tissus, plumes) que de la délicatesse des motifs. Voilà une pièce d’exception !!
    On ne peut voter que de l’or, bien sur.

      Merci Eric. Comme bien des peintres, je suis rarement satisfait des mes pièces une fois terminées car j’y vois souvent plein de défauts ! Le temps permet d’effacer ce sentiment et de passer à la prochaine, toujours dans l’espoir de faire LA pièce parfaite ; grande illusion probablement :)
