The Final Frontier
A 4 panel comic I made for the wonderful Massive Voodoo 'Beyond your imagination' challenge. It was definitely a challenge. The goal here was to tell a story that was a little different, and focus on a more human element. We have lots of space stories about going out, and exploring, and seeing amazing things, but what about the people behind them, what if something can be magically mundane. I may have been a bit influenced by my late to the party deep dive of Ghibli films. Who knows. I know I curse lightly the name of the friend who suggested I do another comic with these.

I have a build diary here, that is far too long for this text box, it goes into the challenges and some of what I felt were the important decisions. So if you are curious, feel free to dig in.

Comments and criticism are appreciated.

Noticed the pictures went wonky and weren't the gallery proper intended. Fixed now.

Thanks Neil. Realized the gallery I uploaded went silly and didn’t have my alternate views.  Fixed now for even more feasting.

Thank you Chris.  It was a lot of work, so I am happy you like it.  As far as ambitious, well, I was kicking myself the when time.  The things we do to ourselves right? Hah.

Gold!! Also very surprised when I found that this one didn’t win the MVC, not even top 3, to my eyes this was the best entry and the best among the 10 finalists
