An excellent bust, highly detailed. The large surfaces needed to be painted as a metal and the lion fur were demanding but both gave me a lot of enjoy while painting them.

      Thank you Eric; the lines of the bust are clear so the painting procces was smooth. The moustaches are glued with atlacol. They are just pieces of brush thread.

      Γιάννη, σ’ ευχαριστώ πολύ.  Το γλυπτό ήταν πολύ καλό και οδηγούσε το πινέλο μου. Το μυστικό είναι να μη “φοβάσαι” το χρώμα και να τολμάς αποχρώσεις που φαίνονται “αταίριαστες”.

    an excellent job,
    You worked out the facial features very nicely and used the light and shadow effects well. What we like best, however, is the expression in the eyes. The lion’s head is also strong.
