I took a class several weeks ago with James Rice, and we worked on this fantastic bust of a Desert Nomad! I learned a more painterly painter style. This included a Verdaccio underpainting of the flesh tones, wet blending, directional lighting, and many other things! I appreciated Jim’s teaching style and my classmates! I finally finished the bust and am happy with her! Please enjoy!
