There will be more. More men. More bloodshed. More death. The highlands belonged to the Orcs, to the Boar Rider clan. Tarok had been on patrol when he came across the small group of men. As he approached the men they drew their weapons. Tarok held out his open hand but the men charged and Tarok was forced to draw his axe. The skirmish ended quickly. He cut down three men with ease. The others turned and fled. Tarok did not run them down, he had no taste for needless slaughter. But as he slumped in his saddle he thought. They will return. There will be more men. More bloodshed. More death.
This is my version of Black Crow’s Tarok sculpted by Joaquin Palacios. I have been wanting to expand my skills to include painting backgrounds so that was one of the goals with this piece. Big thanks to my mentors Alfonso and Ben Komets for their guidance along the way. I hope you enjoy the piece.
