If you have played MtG you possibly know the iconic Bitterblossom artwork by Rebacca Guay. I was inspired to turn this Wila into just that kind of setting and went completely wild in my creative proces;) Used a watercolour paper backdrop and also painted it with watercolours. Created the flowers with putty and used oilpaints in their painting proces. Also used watercolour pencils in various stages of the proces for adding lines, movement and small details.
