#IV from my Abandoned Car series called "Memories".

Every scratch tells a story.
The contrast of nature and old, rusty abandoned cars fascinates me since I visited a car cemetery in 2016, in the swedish forests. Thanks to my friend Markus @zapotekesminiart for taking me there, several times. For me it means more than melancholy seeing things rust and covered by life again. Teaching this topic recently to a group of students was a true privilige as it was great to pass on that inspiration. Their results were amazing (see in my feed).

Of course, I also worked on piece myself for demonstration and in depth explanation and finished it recently.

Many ask me for guides on how I create these miniature nature scenes, in particular how I add nature and moss to it. All I can say for now is thank you for your interest and it makes me happy that so many find inspiration in my creations - there will be a large tutorial on 'Abandoned Cars & Tanks'' on my Patreon, explaining this in depth with amazing real life reference photos plus an eBook on Etsy. If you are interested in the nature parts and can not wait check back with my eBook called 'Spring Masterclass' where I go in-depth into this topic, including moss, rivers, trees, plants, flowers, mushrooms and more foliage. Keep on happy painting!
