A complete repaint of a Frodo Baggins miniature, standing at 10cm. This piece was originally printed in Filament 3D (FDM) five years ago, which presented a unique challenge to achieve a competitive display finish.
My goal was to treat the miniature as a canvas, focusing heavily on dramatic contrast and smooth transitions. I exclusively used Layering and Glazing techniques for blending, deliberately avoiding washes and dry-brushing to maintain saturation and purity of color.
