In the Odyssey universe, great heroes have been reconstructed to aid in a war with the gods, and Jason is among the greatest of their number. I wrote him up as quite a dark figure, with an extraordinarily arrogant streak, which seems appropriate if you're familiar with Medea, by Euripides.
The sculpt is by the insanely talented Valentin Zak and is crammed with a ridiculous amount of detail - I don't think I've ever seen such a fine level of detail on a model before. This made it quite challenging, but I was able to simplify it a bit with the relatively straightforward paintjob.
