This a scratch built project that took me more than a year to complete. The only commercial piece I used is the violinist from Nocturna Models. The violin has been improved with details. The base of the tree is from real wood. I added little by little the epoxy putty to give to the tree a "human face" and arms. The painting has been done to simulate the hour early dawn when the tree was sleeping but the sound of the violin breaks the silence. The Faunus has been sculpted using at first metal wire, then Milliput Black, A+B and finally Duro mixed with A+B.
