This is an old work, painted at the end of 2015. It's part of a project I organized for the girl's group "La peinture en rose", in which we had to give an interpretation of this bust, sculpted - of course - by a woman, the beautiful and talented Anastasyia Podorozna for Alexandros models brand.
Athena is the goddes of wisdom, something I feel missing in our world. My interpretation represents my hope for the awakening of counsciousness and wisdom in humanity, at any level, to live better and leave a positive legacy for next generations.
The metallic parts and the oxidation have been painted with acrylics, the other parts with a flat acrylic base and oils.
