Ok so with this project I wanted to paint a Viking Warrior that was reflective in his nature, tired from marauding, but not depicted after a battle, I didn't want to add blood and splatters. I just wanted to paint a dirty and tired young warrior. I decided to really go for it with the shield design, I hope you like it!

    Great shield mate, love that freehand! Textures on his robes and metals look fantastic and realistic, one think I don’t like is his hair,personally I think they don’t match rest of the bust, but otherwise great job! Gold from me :)

      Thanks bud, yeah I wanted the hair to bring attention to the face because the helm was overpowering but in hindsight I probably would rethink it if I did it again.
