This is an original character designed by myself. He's heavily inspired by the Fallout game series and would be a random encounter boss in this universe. There's a great song in the Fallout games called Butcher Pete, so this inspired me to make this mutated cannibalistic pigman.
He's sculpted in Chavant NSP medium. Painted with acrylics. Approx 25cm tall.
