This was a proud professional moment. Once I had painted all of the original battle boxes for Privateer Press, and a couple of different alternate color scheme projects, Mike McVey let me do my own thing, rather than dictate the colors. Being able to use the rulebook illustration as reference, rather than the box art color scheme allowed me to paint the shark mouth on the Driller Warjack, red on the Blaster Warjacks, and the ochre on Gorten himself. This was the most fun I had on any PP project!
