I painted this one in preparation of a painting workshop I did at my local Games Workshop. To be honest my biggest goal was to have it NOT look like the GW paint job, which is excellent if a bit normal for a mutant.

I decided to post some early pics online and got a lot of positive feedback on the color scheme, which again gave me the motivation and assurance to push through with it.

In the end he turned out looking like a mix between Logan, Rhino and a Nurgle Mutant. Even if that was not my initial intention I like it a lot.
I tried to push the mini even further in that direction by adding chrome glasses and eyes to the fly.

I wanted a proper base for this crazy mini and once I had the idea to put my mutant into a desert the rusty soda can was the logical next step.

    I quite like the colour choices. That blue isn’t something you typically see with mutants and Nurgle miniatures.
