Sculpted by Lucas Pina for Blackcrow Miniatures. Painted with brush/airbrush with acrylic paint.

This one was easy and hard to paint for me. Easy because the rounded and dynamic sculpture allows slide point and body brush softly. Hard because I usually paint with very restrictive palettes, so manage all this colour was a headache. Actually was Pepa Saavedra who realized it was missing green inside the red tabard (and other red). The first freehand design did not work either. It was like an ivy crown but its curves did not fit the sculpture ones and sculpted volumes in general. The actual one is a basic floral filigree, inspired by the one Luis Mendez did on the same model. Random curves were easy to adapt to the sculpture and worked better.

Hope you enjoy it.
