Very nicely painted all over!!! I like the backdrop, it adds a lot of atmosphere to the bust. And since you’ve asked: I would advise to emphasize the final highlights ( for the face as well), depending on how shiny you want the armour to be, you could even add some single shiny lightpoints randomly. But actually, what bothers me the most is the finish of the plinth itself! The wood has an unfinished distracting crude look. I think it is because of the quality of the wood you used. Next time you better choose a hardwood, it chips less.

I didn’t want the armour to be particularly shiny, I had some feedback from other sources that suggested adding bounces of light which makes me think I may have gone too far with the shine in the first place. I was going for fairly matt but still with some visual interest. I agree 100% about your comment on the plinth, it was a failed experiment in finding ways to save money for more models. I think this wood will be finding another use in future.
