Adding the strings to the guitar was a fun task, I used a very fine fishing line. Since her hand is not glued down I was able to push the strings below the fingers so she is really pushing them down.
Because of her cheerful expression I had the same fun painting her, I am suprised how much the mood of the miniature can transfer to the painter!
