This is a Medium Assault Walker from Dust Tactics with a slight conversion, its supposed to be an American vehicle but I thought painting it red was always going to be more fun! The name Vezdekhod is from one of the first Russian tanks to be built and roughly translates as "He who goes anywhere" or "all-terrain vehicle"
