I painted Napoleork from Scale75 for a study on green skin and first tries at texture.
Since it was my first bust and the first model in 1/12 scale, I learned a lot from the slightly bigger details for upcoming smaller projects.
There are three things I definitely learned for myself:
- Practice makes progress
- Beware of thick coats
- Reference is key
