Here is my last work, Olympus rider, my first figurine made from my 3D printer, and painted, the oil horse and his rider, acrylic.
I wished to treat the whole in very clear tones, white and blue, to give the impression of flight of this goddess in the sky, far above men.

    Beau boulot, j’aime bien les différentes touches de bleu notamment sur les ailes . La base est chouette également. Juste les métaux qui le paraissent un poil mat mais je vote or, bravo !

      Concernant les métaux, j’ai utilisé des pigments métalliques, et poussé les ors avec de l’argent pur en plus. j’aurai du mal à les rendre plus brillants. Peut être avec des encres ...

    Une belle pièce, la robe de la cavalière me paraît un peu trop sombre dans les plis… Le choix du blanc est toujours source de difficultés. Tu t’en es quand même bien sorti sur cette pièce !!

    I would suggest,in good faith, to change the spear with an other of metal rod because the figure’s metal is very soft making curve because of its weight.

      Thank you my friend. I thought at one time to change the wood of the lance, indeed, but this part is printed in 3D resin, very brittle, and the tests turned out to be worse than the current result.

    donc tu as une imprimante 3D et pas d’aérographe ! haha
    tu aurais pu travailler davantage les plumes des ailes , la sculpture le permettait.
    l’ensemble clair est une bonne idée, pour donner de la légèreté

      Et oui, l’imprimante 3D, c’était mon dernier petit noël. Pour l’aérographe, il me faudrait une pièce dédiée…
      Tu as raison pour les plumes des ailes, le détail qu’on obtient avec ces imprimantes est époustouflant. Je n’ai sans doute pas poussé suffisamment loin ... manque de persévérance.
      Dois mieux faire !
