Persephone - Kimera models
Persephone is the goddess of the underworld and spring.
The figure therefore features a demonic and an angelic side.
A demonic leftwing and an angelic right wing that I imagined to be made of razor sharp steel blades. A decision that turned out to be a lot of work. Imagine painting a NMM sword - 15 or so times..

Demonic and angelic aspects are also displayed in her body where the left of her body is metallic and the right is human (or demonic?).

The original mini is supplied with the orb and two or three small crystals - I wanted to extend on that and built the base using Crystals from greenstuffworld and a one off plint where i could place all the crystals in between.

the crystals where paintend with a variety of liquitex inks (dioxazine purple, muted violet and Magenta) and white to give it the reflection it needed.
The inks where used troughout the model as a base for the OSL

The rest of the figure was painted using Scale 75 And Scale 75 Artist range. I lost track of the colors used..

The gold is haevily inspired by the same piece done by Krzysztof Kobalczyk
