Time again for a "that was fun!" figure! Is this figure my best work? Nope! Will it make someone on the internet smile because it is super cute? Almost certainly yes! Who doesn't love a pudgy hedgehog flying on a leaf, leaping off a mushroom? I needed a piece to paint to cheer up after painting the eyes, and this one did it. It is just so adorable! Plus natural patterns and colors are less stressful on getting perfect blends.
My mother has called dibs on this figure because she adores hedgehogs. And who am I to say no to my greatest fan? She can have it as a belated birthday present.
Probably should've gone with some browns instead of grays for the hood. Oh well. Still cute.

I am glad you enjoy the figure! I did not do my best work, and that was part of the goal. I painted this to relax and enjoy. It takes a lot of time and energy to do my best, which I do for other figures. It is nice that my casual work can still be appreciated :)
