The capstone is a reference to Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau who lived in my hometown. He was inspired by a similar stone at his house as a child. The stone influenced Nosferatu and Nosferatu influenced the picture of vampires and these influenced me. What a beautiful circle.
Im unhappy with the the perspective of the backdrop. It does not work that good at a certain angle. And the freehands are not sharpe in shape.
I should practice them before. And at the bottom is was uninspired. But sometimes works are finished at certain point and so it is.
