And this is what I came up with. It's an idea that evolved from a frame into a box to get kind of a surprise when you open it. But I had too much black in the inner part of the lid and that's when the chameleon painting came up. I've never painted something like this before but it was so refreshing.
As usual, everything painted in oils, except for the outside of the box.
