This model is from In Motion Creations. Painted predominantlywith scale artist, Kimera and Vallejo Model color. This was a study for me in trying to create the illusion of a large, barren atmosphere in a small space. I built a small frame and then inserted a curved piece of plasticard as the backdrop. The idea was to be able to paint it while flat and the insert it in a way that would eliminate edges to widen the view without having corners. Actually a real pain in the butt, and if I do it again I will use a curved piece of wood or resin as the backdrop and paint on paper or straight onto the material.
