my first painted Flat miniature ever. It was painted in Occasion to the birth of my 2nd child Liam, who was Born about one and a half weeks ago. Now it has found a new home on a shelf in his room.

Painting flats is pure fun, and it won't be the last one.

Hope you like it although it has a very childish theme.

      Thanks a lot. I bought it on the show in Kulmbach (Big German show with a traditional focus on flat figures) last year from an austrian guy. But i don’t remember his label, sorry. Getting flat figures online is unfortunately very hard, so in many cases ( or lets say to get the real good stuff) you have to go on special shows like Kulmbach and buy it directly from the engraver. Or you can get in touch with an engraver and place a commision gravure-job if you have a special artwork etc. which you want as a flat figure. As far as I know it is not that expensive.
