Victory! The artworks from Boris Vallejo have inspired me for quite some time already. I discovered on the amazing Moses Yao's instagram page a few months ago that there was a sculpt of this wonderful wonderful artwork that was done by kuton . With this project, I've decided to try and study the paintings of the master and create a piece that would be reminiscent of his work.

Have I managed that? I don't know, but in the meantime, I've painted fairly more than a hundred hours on this piece and really immersed myself in the process, painting almost every day, for two months straight, learning and putting love, pain, effort in the piece. It is a big stepstone in my learning, and will definitely inspire me for the next paintings.

I also learnt to let go of a piece. This one is finished, but not perfect and I'm happy to call it done
