Great paintjob on the miniature itself! So much to discover and to look at! Great different materials, the leather, the fur, the gems, the freehands, the silk, the chest. Wow! It does not stop… beautiful work and also in balance with his tourquoise eyes, they pull everything together! Nice!
Somehow the base feels not really connected to him. It suits for the theme and story, but from the level of detail it feels okayish in combination with the figure. I do see that he is standing on the side of pathway and the broken wheel might even indicate that he and his gang might rob the traveller. So storytelling wise it is good. I just miss a tree branch, some little rocks and smaller boulders there that make the base more natural.
Nonetheless, great piece and feedback on a high level!
