This took me about 20hrs over 5 weeks to paint up. I love the aesthetic and feel of the lore for Lethis and have decided to more or less paint the entire army box this way!
It took a lot of tinkering to decide on a head for the swap I did, and the one from the Lord Imperitant from the Dominion boxset was the winner over several other Stormcast and ordinary human heads. There were a couple of elf heads in the running but they just didnt seem to suit.
The most challenging aspects of this were the banner and the face, I repainted them both from scratch several times.

    Very cool, darker scheme. It is interesting to see such a grey scheme, however it works well! Your army will look great too, I am sure!

      Thank you so much for your comment! I wanted to go Grimdark without going “too far” into it by leaning on streaking grimes or enamel washes, this way everything is still visible and things don’t look too grimy.

    Nice! Really nice! The base and the overall color scheme stands out for me! Unfortanetely the photos area a bit blurry in some parts and do not do your paintjob justice. I do like the horse a lot and the head is just perfect. That silver-aged area in his hair makes him a true veteran! Lovely detail! Keep on happy painting!
