Death Dealer
A 3d model i found on internet and modified on blender to look more like the drawing of Frazetta.
The warrior on his horse is 110mm high.
It's a special picture for me because it's the cover of one my roleplaying game from Croc : Bloodlust.
It's also the first horse I painted.

Très belle interprétation de la toile de Frazetta. J’attends avec impatience la sortie du modèle de chez “Mindwork Studio”. En tout cas, or pour celui-ci.

Nice version of this all time classic. I really enjoyed creating a version of this amazing work by Frazetta too and now how tricky some parts can be from picking the right colors and allowing to work on the fine elements of detail compared to rough brushwork.

Your scale here is quite large and it is a nice homage to Frank Frazetta. A little too dark for my taste, compared to the original painting, but I am not sure if you studied to copy it. Still it has its own grimdark pulse. I like that. Here is my version from the past: https://www.puttyandpaint.com/projects/36844 Keep on happy painting!

Thank you! Of course I see your version, “du grand art”, really difficult for me to paint at this level and I wanted a big massive figure of this warrior so i print it the biggest i can , he’s very special for me.

No need to justify or apologise. I am a fan of your creative works and a good paintjob alone does not make a great project in my eyes. Many things play within a good project and your ideas tick many boxes. I really like this work of yours, I was suggesting that studying from a reference can be benefical to learn to paint on higher levels ...
