Really cool and ambient piece. It does not work overall as it feels that the red warm fire burning influance looks a bit like sprayed on without too much work followed up. I do not mean this as any kind of offense, just spill my brainstorm. I think it is mainly because the metallics are supposed to reflect such a strong fire much more colorful and intense.
As it is supposed to be night in the forest, the bright fire would bring everything into darkness and I think you went a bit too far back to basic colors on the tree guy in his browns and greens, kind of ignoring the effect of the ambience. It is a thin red line to get this right, but if you want to make something glow you have to stay in the dark. This saying really helps me all the time! Keep on happy painting!
