Hey Fabio, this is a very complex figure and I like your version. You have done really good on parts like the silver NMM, the gold NMM, highlighting the red armour and the textures on the fabrics. In single these elements work well, in combination with everything else it misses a good readability. Please take this just as positive feedback.
My suggestion is: Make a black and white photo of this project. I believe you will see almost every material is at the same brightness level. If you want to increase the readability for your figures I recommend placing dark areas not beside dark areas, or bright areas not beside bright areas. I recommend always having the seperation between those. For example: dark, bright, medium, dark, bright, medium. I am just speaking of the choice of basic colors, not the highlights and shadows you work into those. It will help you and the viewers of your figure to understand the figure better.
