This weekend, I was fortunate enough to take part in a Dogma48 event in Switzerland.
I've decided to paint the snail doctor from Reina Roja, based on the art of Gary Villarreal. The idea was to convey the sadness of a doctor working with his dying patient. Sadness isn't everything though, for the young snaillings are there and future is going to be bright. I've decided to practice with filters between sketching moments, which is a workflow I'm not used to use, I had loads of fun with it :).
