You know when I do some judging one question I ask myself is “has the surface been enhanced by the painting” and this could be from a weathering effect through stippling etc. in this model it comes as a smooth piece of resin- I’m blown away by how Matt has used his talents and skillset to bring out and define all the muscles in such a way you can actually have a sense that she’s a solid body of muscle .that not only is the witch in fighting shape but that she’s a physical specimen. That’s what I get when I look at this mini masterpiece. Well done Matt. Well above gold standard.
