Perturabo by Forge World.
I usually forget how many details Games Workshop (and Forgeworld) have! I really like paint this miniatures specially this one since is one of my favourites Primarch, really, his background is so cool, but usually hate paint so many little things on miniatures. I rather had a more "plain" figure with a little more room to play with textures but one from time to time is all right.

As for the technique I used a mix of NMM and True metals just because I can and like how it looks
