Painted for Karol Rudyk Souls of the Dragons Kickstarter.

The brief from Karol was very broad, he saw Kronos as a gold dragon but I pretty much had free reign within those parameters. I looked at 100's of reference images trying to find inspiration but nothing seemed right. Then I thought to look towards nature, Koi carp and Japanese fighting fish in particular. Both have this wonderful metallic iridescence that I thought would look amazing on a dragon. Trying to get this to look right on the model tested me to my limits but I'm super happy with how he came out. I hope you like him as well!
