75mm Bloodstone from Mindwork Games.

When I saw this model released I knew I wanted to paint it with the pose screaming out to be lit from above. I didn't want to copy the box art though, and I've used red quite a bit on other projects, so I went with green and purple for this one to try something different.

Another figure I've really enjoyed working on, and I think my first with so much flesh to paint which was a new challenge itself (Most of my others have been wearing more armour or uniforms). It was bought for me as a fantastic gift so I also wanted to get it painted and not stuck in a cupboard waiting :)
