Hello,

here is my version of the Muir sculpt from Galapagos Miniatures. I started painting her several months ago. My goal was to train OSL on a bust. Somehow during the project I made a longer pause. I wasn't complete happy with all areas and saw a couple of other versions of her which were painted beautifully.

Now a few days ago I watched her on my WIP shelf and decided to finish her as good as possible in one session. And this is the result.

Let me know what you think. Thanks for votes or comments :)

Best regards Oli

The directional lighting on the figure turned out wonderfully. You really got it on “think about lighting the entire time you paint”, even while tackling some of the details like skin spots. It is hard to keep consistent like that through a figure, and you got it! Only critique is that while the eyes are really well painted, they are very harsh and plastic in style compared to the rest, which is soft in feel.
