    Beautiful work, Pepa. I love the subtle change from warm to cold and the cold magic on the lock! She looks cute and harmless, but at the same time like a bound demon! Lovely piece!

      Sculptures showing slavery or submission cause me restlessness and a certain sympathy with the chained subject. That’s why at first I couldn’t see her as a demon chained but as an angel prisoner of evil. However…. who binds a creature with a magic padlock and heavy chains if it is not dangerous? Yeah, it’s a strange mix between the vulnerability of her innocent appearance and the hidden danger that comes from the way she is subjected.
