Hi ,everyone ,my name is mehdi and i’m from Belgium . I’m in this hobby for over 25 years , if i have to count my first aeroplane or tank with it .. even longer . i used to make WW2 diorama’s and napolionic . I remember my waterloo cuirassier charge diorama , all the same pose airfix mounted figures lined up , hehe ....That’s a long time ago , i joined a hobbyclub and got on painting single figurines . I started of good , getting lots of compliment on my work .But the paintingtechniques then were not like now. Wel , you get older ,start a family get kids , and time gets scarce,especialy ’ cause i also am a racebike fan (my nickname infinito1885 ,are the names of my two bianchi racebikes) , and i haven’t painted very much over the last 6 to 5 years except for the cold season . when it gets warmer , i’m of with my bike. So i don’t realy paint that much , it took me about 6 years to finish these 3 projects , thats about 2years a piece . But i’m very passionate about it , i’ve Always loved military history and this is a great way for me to bring my favorite historical characters to life . Now i’m planning on painting a bit more often and getting better with my techniques.When i see all these pieces of art on this site , the microbe is getting in my body again.i would also like to thank everybody who honors me with a vote for my pieces , because the honor is mine to be able to present my models in the middle of all this artwork.
